Email support@newiracraft.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from your registered email address. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (or the Apple App Store, where applicable). Open your device's subscription settings, find Posteasy, and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple depending on where you purchased. Visit Google Play's refund support page, or Apple's Report a Problem page, to submit a request.
Try closing and reopening Posteasy, and make sure you're on the latest version from the Play Store. Still stuck? Email us with your device model and OS version.

newiracraft ("we", "us", or "our") operates Posteasy and other mobile and web applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Posteasy.
By using Posteasy, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Posteasy uses Google's Gemini AI to generate review drafts. The business details, category, tone, star rating, and highlights you select are sent to Gemini to produce a draft. This text is processed under Google's applicable API terms and privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, including your saved review drafts and history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see the Support section above. We action deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Posteasy is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Posteasy, provided by newiracraft ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Posteasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Posteasy. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, notify us of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use Posteasy to: violate any law; generate or post false, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory reviews; misrepresent your own experience with a business; harass or harm others; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; reverse engineer the app; use bots or scrapers; resell the service; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
You retain ownership of content you create using Posteasy. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you. You are solely responsible for any review or content you choose to publish, including its accuracy and compliance with the terms of the platform you post it to (e.g. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Facebook). Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
Posteasy includes AI-powered features, using services such as Google Gemini, to help draft reviews. These features are provided as-is and for assistance purposes only. AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may be inaccurate or not reflect your actual experience — always review, edit, and confirm a draft reflects your genuine opinion before publishing it anywhere. We are not responsible for content you choose to publish.
Posteasy integrates with third-party services, including Google Maps Platform for business search and external review platforms for posting. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
All content, design, code, branding, and trademarks in Posteasy are owned by newiracraft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.
Posteasy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, newiracraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any arising from reviews you publish. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
